The Company’s business platform draws upon a combined experience of its management that has over 60 years in property management, financing and disposition and has an expertise with respect to government leased properties. Additionally, their management team has over a ten-year operating history based solely on the Federal Government Agency real estate market.

The general objective of the Company’s investment programs will be to provide consistent, periodic cash distributions to its investors by acquiring single-tenant government office properties with potential for long-term appreciation.

Genesis Financial Group, Inc. – Global Financial Associates, LLC

Genesis Financial Group, Inc. is a full-service professional real estate firm with more than a decade of consulting, development, acquisition, asset management and property management experience. Over the past ten years, Genesis and its affiliates have sponsored a total of twenty-one Real Estate Trust programs, each consisting of a large pool of Government leased facilities located nation-wide. For the purposes of this offering, Genesis formed Global Financial Associates, LLC, which will be the Investment Manager of the Company.

AssetConsult SA – AssetEstate

AssetConsult SA is a Swiss company based in Geneva, Switzerland, which independently advises high net worth individuals, family groups and institutions in the management of their financial assets. Its mission is to provide clients with stable capital appreciation based on excellent and independent research and services. AssetConsult SA was founded in early 2000 by an experienced banker with International Private Banking background. It is wholly owned by its directors
and employees. Its unique proposition to clients is the selection of both alternative and traditional investments for the financial assets of the clients. For the purposes of this offering, AssetConsult SA is establishing AssetEstate, which is acting as Co-Manager of the Company.

US Government Real Estate SCA will offer institutional and high net worth investors the opportunity to participate in a Luxembourg closed-end real estate investment company. The Company’s objective will be to obtain attractive investment returns through a niche enhanced core plus investment strategy. The Company’s portfolio will consist of strategic investments in small to medium-sized properties which are exclusively leased to United States federal government agencies and backed by the full faith and credit of the U. S. Government.
