The Company will pursue existing and to be built single-tenant US Federal government leased properties generating an attractive current return and a potential for capital appreciation through asset repositioning, re-tenanting, refinancing or moderate physical rehabilitation. Principal investments will include single tenant office and industrial property types. The Company is expected to be fully invested over a twelve to eighteen month period and will begin orderly liquidation of its portfolio within five to seven years. The Company will be diversified with regard to geography, property type, property size and duration of lease term.
